From the menu bar at the top of the window, select "Edit" and scroll down to preferences:







"Document in cache is compared to document on network:" should be set to "Every time"
Also, in Netscape, "Clear cache"

Netscape v.7.x cache setup screen:

From the menu bar at the top of the window, select "Edit" and scroll down to preferences:




On the left panel, locate the right pointing triangle () next to "Advanced"




Click on the right pointing triangle () and the Advanced menu will expand:




select "Cache" from this list by clicking on the word "Cache":




Clear the Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache by clicking on the appropriate buttons. Under "Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network:," select "Every time I view the page" by clicking on the round button to the left of it.

Click "OK" to save these settings.


Macintosh:

From the menu bar at the top of the window, select "Edit" and scroll down to preferences:

On the left panel, locate the right pointing triangle () next to "Advanced"




Click on the right pointing triangle () and the Advanced menu will expand:




select "Cache" from this list by clicking on the word "Cache":




Clear the Disk Cache by clicking on the "Clear Disk Cache Now" button.

Under "Page in cache to the page on network:," select "Every time" by clicking on the round button to the left of it.




Click "OK" to save these settings.
